'How am I paving the way for the next generation?'
Your answer to that question will determine your legacy."

LEE KRICHER

Lee Kricher has over four decades of senior leadership experience in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He is currently the President of the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation (PLF), a nonprofit organization that was established in 1978. PLF equips, connects, and mobilizes thousands of leaders for the good of the city, addressing issues such as food insecurity and under-resourced schools.

Earlier in his career, Lee Kricher served as the Vice President of Leadership Development at Development Dimensions International and the Executive Coaching Practice Leader for Linkage, Inc. Both firms help senior business leaders worldwide to effectively navigate organizational change. His clients included McKesson, Citrix Systems, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Ernst & Young, General Motors, Chick-fil-A, Caterpillar, and NIKE. One of the nonprofits Lee served was Amplify Church, one of the largest churches in the city of Pittsburgh. Under his leadership, Amplify was transformed from an aging, dying church to a thriving, multi-generational church. He then led a seamless leadership transition to a next generation leader.

Lee Kricher earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Geneva College, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
